Perpetual contracts and prediction markets are now becoming the only two core scenarios that attract professional traders and active participants.

When this trend was observed a month ago, integration was just beginning. Now, the situation has changed dramatically — this wave of convergence is accelerating across the board.

Leading the way are projects based on the Hyperliquid ecosystem, which have completed the integration of perpetual contracts and prediction markets, while also incorporating US stock asset tokens (HIP-3 standard), creating a brand new trading experience.

Even more interestingly, top DEXs are starting to follow suit. A leading decentralized exchange recently announced the incubation of prediction market features, directly pushing this track to more users.

This is not just a feature iteration but an important differentiation in the trading ecosystem — professional players and new users are finding their respective positions in Web3 trading markets through different tools and scenarios. The competitive landscape of the entire track may need to be reorganized.

actually wait... let me run the numbers on this "unified liquidity" thesis real quick the math doesn't check out. perps already cannibalize prediction market volume, they're not complementary 🤔

Hyperliquid's move is indeed fierce, directly playing new tricks with perpetual and prediction markets Are leading DEXs also panicking? Looks like we need to speed up our actions US stock tokens are quite interesting... but can they really attract institutional investors? Perpetual contracts have long been a red ocean, prediction markets are the new gold mine This wave of integration was ridiculously fast, no one paid attention three months ago By the way, can Hyperliquid sustain this popularity? It feels easy to copy New users still need to start with DEXs; the barrier to entry for prediction markets is indeed a bit high The overall ecosystem's segmentation feels like a good thing... everyone finds their own niche Waiting for leading DEXs to launch prediction markets, see whose liquidity is more attractive

Hyperliquid this wave is indeed fierce, the integration of perpetuals and prediction markets is an unstoppable combo. Leading DEXs following the trend is only a matter of time, it all depends on who can make the ecosystem more user-friendly. The differentiation of tracks is spot on; professional users and retail traders will finally each play their own roles. Hyperliquid's ecosystem strategy is well-executed, bringing in US stock tokens directly expands the imagination space. Honestly, I still favor the combination of perpetuals and prediction markets; it's more interesting than just spot trading. Will the prediction market feature of top DEXs catch on? It still feels a bit lacking. Speeding up integration is no problem, but I'm worried about too many projects ending in failure. Hyperliquid is forever, while other platforms are still playing the old tricks. Will new users really have a better trading experience? That’s the key. Reorganizing the competitive landscape is still premature; it all depends on actual trading volume.

Hyperliquid is really heating up this time, with perpetuals and prediction markets integrated directly, diverting both professional players and retail investors. The landscape has changed. The fact that leading DEXs are following suit shows that this direction is truly popular. But how will newcomers differentiate themselves? Changes happen so quickly within a month; it feels like the next wave will bring new innovations to break the current balance. Integrating US stock asset tokens is another collision between traditional finance and on-chain trading, which is quite interesting. However, honestly, professional players and beginners use different tools to find their own positions, and ultimately, liquidity remains the most pressing issue. The leverage risk of perpetual contracts is a bit intimidating; prediction markets seem to be more user-friendly? Wait, could this wave of integration make it even harder for small and medium projects to survive? Everyone is gathering at the top.
