Whale accumulation gets misread all the time.

People spot big inflows and immediately think the price is about to explode. Doesn't work that way though.

Take $POPCAT—whales were quietly stacking it throughout the entire month. Chart looked dead. No pump, nothing. But here's the thing: these aren't dumb money moves. Smart players position first, absorb supply, build conviction. The price action follows later when retail finally catches the scent.

The mistake most make is confusing accumulation with immediate validation. Whales don't move price up just by buying. They're positioning. Setting traps. Waiting for the right moment.

Even the big whales are just fishing for newbies. When you see no movement on the chart, you can't sit still, huh?

Oh no, the big players are lying in wait, while we're just staring at the intraday chart and waiting foolishly. That's the difference.

I saw that wave of popcat, I really thought it was a dead coin at the time, but now I understand, whales play like this.

That's why most people lose money. They see large inflows and rush in eagerly, only to get trapped.
