Honestly, I don't think AI will disrupt the marketing space anytime soon — the complexity requires real human creativity and strategy that machines can't quite nail yet. But customer service? That one's already getting hammered. CS roles are basically obsolete at this point, with automation eating away at what used to be core positions. The gap between what AI can do in support versus what it struggles with in creative strategy is massive.
