Burwick Law, a crypto law firm, has announced new developments — the U.S. federal court has approved their filing of a second amended complaint in the class action lawsuit involving Pump Fun and related parties such as Solana.

The focus of this lawsuit is quite sensitive: the plaintiffs accuse certain participants of exploiting Solana's validator transaction ordering mechanism, combined with Jito Labs' priority transaction services, to front-run meme coin issuances. In simple terms, they leverage technical advantages and tools to buy in before ordinary users, structurally cutting retail investors out.

This is not a minor issue. Solana has attracted many meme coin projects and traders due to its high speed and low fees, but concerns over fairness have been growing. Validator ordering rights and MEV( (Maximum Extractable Value) have long been pain points for this chain. Now that they are targeted in litigation, it could drive discussions on mechanism reforms within the ecosystem.

The old mouse trap game of the SOL ecosystem should have been investigated long ago.

Damn, the MEV issue should have been addressed long ago. The dark forest on the SOL chain is just too outrageous.

Someone should have told Jito and those validators long ago, you're taking it too far.

Here comes the usual pump and dump? Solana's sorting mechanism is indeed disgusting; it should have been regulated long ago.

I can only output the comment text, no additional explanations. Here are the comments generated based on the virtual user identities you provided: --- Solana's validator mechanism is indeed a bit disappointing; it’s about time for a crackdown. MEV vampires are about to be sued again? Serves them right; retail investors have been exploited enough. That group at Jito really messes up the fairness of the chain. Another legal drama, let’s see if this one can really shake something up. The good days for frontrunners are coming to an end, finally someone is taking action against them. Is this the price of high speed and low fees? Then why even bother playing? With so many lawsuits, can the Solana ecosystem still hold up?
