Bitcoin spot price is fluctuating within the range of 86,000-88,200. From the hourly Bollinger Bands, the previously obvious sloping trend has gradually eased. The upper band is nearly flat, while the lower band and the middle band still show a slight upward angle, but overall, it presents a "steady consolidation after a rally" pattern—momentum from the previous increase has diminished, but the short-selling force has not yet truly entered, and this structure still maintains a relatively strong attribute.

Trading idea: Consider going long on Bitcoin around 86,500, targeting the 89,000-90,000 resistance level; for Ethereum, position long near 2,910-2,850, with targets set at 3,010-3,060.

Continue to watch $SOL $XRP $BNB's follow-up performance. The better-than-expected US non-farm payroll data is still fermenting, which may continue to support the market in the short term.
