#大户持仓动态 Zhang Ge's Live Trading Notes: Support and Resistance Reversal Confirmation Strategy
This time I want to discuss something very practical—how to determine if a support level truly stabilizes after a resistance level flips into support.
Many people like to look at charts, but just analyzing the patterns isn't enough. Once the support is established, you need to observe its performance under the new role. I’ve collected a few typical cases, all demonstrating the strategy of confirming support at the point of support-resistance switching.
The core logic boils down to these points:
First, the position must have significance—it should be either a previous high point during a decline or a consolidation boundary. In any case, it must be a place with volume accumulation. A random candlestick dropping there is unreliable.
Second, the volume during the rebound must be visible—trading volume should clearly increase, indicating that the main players are not quietly pushing the price up. Transaction volume is the most honest indicator.
Third, the pattern should show signs—it's not necessary to wait for a perfect pattern to complete, but at least you should see signs of a bottoming out. Secondary lows or double bottoms reduce the risk significantly.
The rest is patience in confirmation. Wait until the move is confirmed, and don’t rush to chase the high. I’ve marked these cases, such as $BTC, $ETH at key levels, with all the details included.
If you're interested, you can review the charts and do your own analysis. The market moves so fast now—studying examples is always better than just listening to stories.

volume doesn't lie, but price action sure does talk a lot of shit... support lines that actually hold? rare specimen tbh, most people just watching candles bounce around like they're reading tea leaves lmao

With no increase in volume, the support levels are just illusions; I've seen too many schemes like this to trap naive investors.

Volume is the true friend; all chart patterns are just tricks. This time, it really hit the nail on the head.

Yeah, I get this trick now; volume is the real boss.

You're right, the most reliable indicator is increased trading volume. When in doubt, just look at the trading volume—can't be fooled.
