Google recently launched an AI product called CC, and honestly, after watching the demo, it’s quite interesting.

It’s not your typical text reply tool, but an AI agent that can directly take over your Gmail, calendar, and documents. In simple terms, it helps you handle those repetitive and tedious daily tasks.

**The morning briefing feature is the most practical**. Every morning, it automatically scans your emails, schedules, cloud drives, and weather forecast, then compiles a "Today’s Highlights" email for you. No need to sift through everything manually; important information is clear at a glance. For those overwhelmed by information overload, this is a real lifesaver.

**Interaction is not one-way**. You can chat with it, tell it your needs, and it can understand the context to automatically perform related actions—such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, or extracting information. This agent-style interaction is definitely smarter than traditional chatbots.

For professionals, traders, or even content creators who need to manage multiple information sources simultaneously, the emergence of this AI assistant signifies an upgrade in workflow. The time saved can be spent on more valuable decisions and creative pursuits.

I love this morning briefing feature, it saves me half an hour of emails every day right after I wake up. Google has finally made the assistant look like what it should be, but we’ll see how the user experience turns out. The proxy mode is definitely the right direction; it’s much more practical than those that only chat. If it can truly understand the context, it could save me a lot of trouble with my schedule... But on the other hand, giving AI so many permissions might be a bit risky. I'm most concerned about the morning briefing; other features still seem to need some observation. It looks like the next-generation productivity tool, but whether it’s truly useful depends on user feedback. Could it be another Google flop that nobody uses once the novelty wears off in a couple of months? I’m a bit interested in trying it, but I’ll wait for the domestic version. If this thing really works, how much time will I need to spare? Thinking about it is quite frightening.

It looks like yet another AI that helps you do things, but does it really save time or is it just another data collection machine... Google's move is quite aggressive, directly leveraging your emails and calendar. The morning briefing really hits the pain point, but what about privacy concerns? It's nicely called an AI assistant, but in reality, it's just making Google understand your routines better. If this thing could truly handle daily chores automatically, it would definitely free up productivity, but the premise is that you have to trust it with everything. Another agent and an upgrade—sounds great, but in practice, will it still be the same old story? I'm a bit tempted by the Gmail integration, but Google's privacy policy... never mind.

lol wait hold up... "agent" that reads your gmail and calendar? actually if you read the terms of service this is just a data harvesting play dressed up as productivity. google literally gets richer off your behavioral patterns.

Wait, is Google trying to push something else into me again? An AI that can help you with morning reports? Sounds good, but it's another door to privacy... It's definitely a bit smarter than ChatGPT, but I'm more concerned about whether it will be trained into some weird stuff. Honestly, if it could really help me organize emails, I might install it, but otherwise, forget it. Are proxy-type things reliable? I always feel like they'll cause me some trouble someday.

ngl, the whole "ai agent accessing your gmail and calendar" setup hits different when you think about trust assumptions... google's got the infrastructure, sure, but remember what happened to bridges with centralized validation? one exploit and suddenly your entire workflow's compromised. still watching how this plays out tho

nah, sounds like another surveillance pipeline dressed up as "productivity." who's actually auditing where your email metadata flows? not interested in trusting google's black box with my calendar data.
