#大户持仓动态 Fans often ask me: "I don't have much money, why can't I use high leverage to turn things around quickly?"

After hearing it so many times, I just tell them directly.

The reality is often harsh: heavy positions with high leverage don't turn the market around—they turn your assets around. Leverage amplifies not just profits, but the entire market’s volatility. The most common scenario in the market is those seemingly normal pullbacks. You might have guessed the big trend correctly, but you get caught on an insignificant fluctuation—not because of poor analysis, but simply because your position is too full to withstand the real market movement.

What kind of people ultimately become the "fuel" for the market? It’s mainly these types: full positions, high leverage, frequent trading, losing and stubbornly holding. To put it bluntly, this isn’t trading; it’s "working for the exchange."

The traders who last the longest actually grasp two key points:
Light positions—always control risk on each trade
Low leverage—leave room to handle unexpected events

They’re not unwilling to make quick money, but they deeply understand one thing: market opportunities are like fish in the sea, never running out. But once your principal is lost, there are no chips left to turn things around.

Instead of dreaming of a "reverse turnaround," ask yourself first: Are you steadily managing your digital assets, or are you accelerating to empty your account?

Living longer is the real secret to being a winner.

Exactly right. I've seen too many people go all-in and grind their principal into the ground, which is really not worth it.

Full leverage with full position is just suicide; I've been tired of this routine for a long time. The problem is that too many people only realize it after losing everything.

Full leverage is indeed a secret weapon, the kind that can totally mess you up.

Really, those who see too many liquidations are playing like this; small positions and low leverage are the fundamental way to survive longer.
