My previous bullish outlook has been further confirmed, and the long positions I set at lower levels have also gained some profit. This recent wave of momentum is actually not hard to grasp; opportunities are still there, just keep an eye on it. I am Lao Tian, and I usually focus on this—finding relatively stable entry points amid the volatility in the crypto market, while keeping a close watch on risk management.

From the 4-hour candlestick chart, Bitcoin is currently oscillating in a low range, with Bollinger Bands showing signs of narrowing. The 5-day and 10-day moving averages are both close to 87,000, and the MACD histogram’s momentum is not strong enough yet, still not turning green. The RSI stays around 55, indicating that the bulls are still in control, but their strength is clearly waning. Several rebounds have lacked momentum, and this signal is quite obvious.

On the 1-hour chart, it’s even clearer. Bitcoin hit 87,100 and was blocked, then started to decline again. The Bollinger Bands are expanding, with the middle and lower bands both trending downward, indicating a short-term downtrend. The MACD’s fast and slow lines are below zero and beginning to decline, with the DIF crossing below the signal line to form a death cross. The recent bearish momentum is confirmed. The key level to watch is 86,000; if it cannot hold, the outlook remains bearish. The trading strategy remains the same—sell high, buy low, and scale in gradually.

• Buy Bitcoin in batches between 85,800 and 86,300, with a target of 87,500
• Buy Ethereum in batches between 2,890 and 2,920, with a target of 3,000
