#美联储降息 $ETH From tens of thousands to millions—everyone has dreamed of it. But turning that dream into reality is often not about technical differences, but about mindset differences.

I've seen too many people panic at the first loss, rushing to go all-in to turn things around, a deeply ingrained bad habit. Conversely, those who truly grow small accounts into large ones never rely on single explosive moves; they rely on another word—roll.

Simply put, it's about taking one step at a time, using each correct opportunity to pave the way for the next success. Whether it's $SOL or other mainstream coins, the logic is the same.

If your account isn't growing, 99% of the time it's because your rhythm is off:

Getting in too early before the trend is confirmed; blindly trading during uncertain bullish or bearish phases; trying to recover both principal and profits after a single loss.

This trading style can turn 50W into just 5K.

So, what is the right way to do it?

**The core of rolling positions is only one sentence: add to your position when certainty appears, and arbitrage when certainty disappears.**

The eternal process is—stable profits → withdraw profits → continue to profit stably.

You can lose, but only a small part of what you earned in the previous wave. Don't aim for instant wealth; aim to survive each time to reach the next opportunity.

I usually emphasize three points with friends who don't have much capital:

**First, only act when the market has a clear direction.**

Mainstream coins breaking support, rebounds after sharp declines, clear swing trends—these are times when there's a story to tell. When the market is chaotic? Just observe. Reckless trading in choppy conditions is essentially using your account as a lesson, and it's too costly.

**Second, no all-in bets or reckless gambling—only play sure wins.**

With 5W in my hands, I follow strict rules—no more than 10% leverage, with a stop-loss locked at 2%. Accept losses when wrong; when right, ride the trend to the next phase. The benefit of this approach is that you won't return to zero in one shot, but through precise operations, you can grow from 5W to 8W, 12W, and beyond.

**Third, profit from each wave must be partially withdrawn.**

The secret to rolling positions is right here—use today's earnings to fund the next wave. The faster your account grows, the more stable your mindset; once it starts to fall, your mind scatters. Regularly taking profits makes the whole process easier and easier.

Another key detail: capturing three times the profit in one wave is much more efficient than grinding out small wins over ten days, saving your energy and capital.

I used to be someone who blindly stumbled in the dark. But now, the light is in my hands, and it keeps shining. Do you want to follow this path?

That hits too close to home. I'm the kind of fool who jumps in without a clear market trend.

That's so true, mindset is really a powerful weapon. I used to be the type who would try to turn things around immediately after a loss, but I later realized I was just paying tuition with my account.

I just want to ask, why is it that no one is executing this theory? Every time, they say they're rolling out of positions, but in reality, they're gambling with all-in bets.

That's so true, mindset is indeed the key. I used to fall into impatience, wanting to go all-in to turn things around after a loss, but the more I played, the poorer I got. Now I've learned to take profits and roll over positions, and that's how I truly managed to come out alive.

That's right, but most people can't do it. Mindset is more valuable than anything else. I've seen too many small accounts wiped out after a single all-in.

It sounds good, but there are very few who can actually execute it properly. The accounts around me that can grow steadily are indeed following this logic, but the mental hurdle is just too difficult to overcome.
