So, you must set clear rules for yourself: don't move recklessly if profits haven't reached your target; if losses hit your preset stop-loss, close the position immediately. This helps stabilize your mindset, preventing short-term noise from confusing you.

Trading is never a 100-meter sprint; it's a marathon. You need to know when to pause and think, when to move steadily forward, and when to go all out. When it's time to brake, do so without hesitation—that's the key to surviving long-term in the market.

The next wave in the crypto market will always come, but if your account is wiped out, you won't even have the chance to wait. Remember: rhythm and discipline are the best moat.
