US financial giant DTCC partners with Canton Network, government bond tokenization expected by 2026

Abstract generation in progress

【BitPush】Big News: The US Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) has officially confirmed that it will collaborate deeply with Canton Network. In the future, some US Treasury bonds held in DTCC custody are expected to be tokenized and can circulate directly on Canton Network. What does this mean? The last bastion of traditional finance is also beginning to embrace on-chain assets.

According to the cooperation schedule, both parties plan to launch a minimum viable product (MVP) in the first half of 2026, which will be a pilot in a controlled production environment. Although it’s still more than a year away, this already sends a clear signal: tokenization is no longer just conceptual hype but is being seriously implemented by mainstream financial institutions.

Imagine if Treasury bonds could be traded 24/7 like crypto assets and settled instantly, redefining the efficiency of the entire financial market. This collaboration could become a benchmark case for traditional finance’s on-chain transformation.

Hey, DTCC has already moved? Traditional finance really has no way back now. Wait, it's not launching until 2026? Why do I feel like it's just another big talk... If the 24/7 trading of government bonds really happens, it will definitely rewrite history books. Why has Canton Network suddenly become so popular recently? Or am I just out of the loop? Anyway, it's definitely more reliable than those purely vapor projects.

Damn, DTCC has also moved. This time it's really happening, not just hype. Wait, it's not launching until 2026? Why do I feel like the timeline is a bit long... Putting government bonds on the blockchain sounds easy to say, but can the regulators really approve it? 24/7 trading sounds awesome, but will Wall Street folks agree? Haha Traditional finance has finally faced reality; blockchain is winning big. Really? Even such a huge institution as DTCC is tokenizing? Feels like the ecosystem has changed.

Wait, really? DTCC has taken action, now traditional finance is truly panicking. Still waiting until 2026? That timeline is a bit long, the crypto community must be getting restless by now. If the tokenization of government bonds really materializes, those market makers are going to have a tough time...

Wait, really? DTCC is starting to tokenize too? Traditional finance really has no way out now, haha. Treasury bonds 24/7 trading... Just thinking about it feels a bit crazy, but it seems feasible? MVP won't be here until 2026, still have to wait that long.
