There's been a lot of chatter lately about whether we're riding an AI bubble. But here's the thing: the fundamentals don't really support that thesis.

Yeah, valuations have climbed. Yeah, the hype machine is running at full throttle. But that's not the same as being in a bubble. The difference matters.

When you look at what AI is actually delivering—productivity gains, automation breakthroughs, real business outcomes—there's meat on the bone here. Companies aren't throwing money at AI just because it's trendy. They're seeing concrete ROI.

Compare this to past cycles. Dot-com? Overvaluation with no real revenue model. 2017 crypto mania? Most projects had no utility to speak of. AI is different. It's solving actual problems across industries.

Now, does that mean every AI stock will moon? Nope. There'll be winners and losers, and valuation corrections will definitely happen. But saying the entire sector is a bubble? That's ignoring the reality of what's being built.

The market will rationalize eventually. But the underlying technology adoption? That's just getting started.

Hold on, this time AI is not just hype; it's really generating actual value. It's completely different from the coin circle's "harvesting" schemes back in the day. Just look at the ROI data of those companies.

Wow, finally someone said this. I'm really tired of the usual rhetoric about bubble. Compared to the projects in the crypto space in 2017 that had no products, AI at least involves real money being invested into practical applications, it's a different level altogether.

ngl the dot-com comparison is where people always get it twisted... they're fundamentally different market structures and we all know it

Honestly, I don't want to compare whether there's a bubble or not. As long as I see those AI applications that can truly be implemented and make money, that's enough. Whenever it crashes, it's fine—I've already gone through a few rounds.

Alright, this time I tend to agree with the AI bubble theory. It's indeed different from the dot-com era. But on the other hand... can everyone really make money? I don't think so.
