New Moves in the Solana Ecosystem: How STAMP is Reshaping Startup Token Governance

【Crypto World】New developments in the Solana ecosystem. Colosseum has partnered with renowned law firm Orrick to launch STAMP—a brand new legal contract framework aimed at solving a long-standing problem in startup token issuance.

In simple terms, the cases of $TNSR and $AXL previously caused many investors to suffer losses. When acquisitions happen, token holders’ assets are frozen. The emergence of STAMP is to change this phenomenon.

How does this solution work? The core idea is very clear: to position tokens as the sole economic measurement unit. In other words, the tokens you hold represent real economic rights and won’t be wiped out due to mergers and acquisitions at the corporate level.

For investors, early participation in ICOs can receive up to 20% of the token supply. For founders, existing traditional equity can be directly migrated into a token-based ownership structure, enabling a smooth transition from equity to tokens. This way, all stakeholders operate within the same token economy, making risks and rewards more transparent.

After experiencing losses with TNSR and AXL, I finally understand what a hard lesson is. Now, someone is finally thinking about investors.

honestly the whole "tokens as sole economic unit" thing sounds good on paper until regulators actually read the fine print... historically precedent suggests these frameworks just shuffle the liability around rather than eliminate it, ngl

Uh, TNSR's wave really lost a lot, and now there's another STAMP? Sounds good but can it block the next acquisition?

Another new framework, it sounds good but can it truly protect investors? I'm a bit skeptical.

Another "salvation" plan? TNSR and AXL have both been cut in half, and you still want to talk about economic rights. I laughed.

Another set of "solutions," $TNSR The recent AXL wave indeed taught a harsh lesson; no one can stop token freezing.

Is it the legal framework to save the day again? The previous two cases are vividly in front of us. Can it truly protect retail investors this time... I'm a bit skeptical.
