Is it so hard to find a stable job in the crypto world? It sounds like there are plenty of opportunities in exchanges, but once you actually get hired, what is behind the so-called "decent job"? These days, the employment prospects in the crypto industry definitely deserve a re-evaluation.

Exchange matters... sounds glamorous, but in practice it's full of pitfalls.

What a joke. There are hardly any truly stable jobs in this industry.

It's a total loss; the salary at the exchange isn't even as much as what I can earn trading myself. Honestly, it's just a manpower cost sinkhole.

In plain terms, the exchange's incentive structure itself is distorted. It seems like there are many opportunities, but in reality, it’s just setting zero-sum traps for different departments, where everyone has to hinder each other to meet KPIs.

Wow, working at an exchange? I'd rather just farm and arbitrage; at least the annualized return is more predictable.
