On December 18th, Trump revealed that a new Federal Reserve Chairperson will be announced soon, and the key point is that this new chair will clearly lean towards significant rate cuts—once this news broke, the market was immediately ignited.

Good news is like an assembly line production, delivered one after another, leaving no room for anyone to catch their breath. Everyone is afraid that investors might get distracted even slightly, and they could miss something if they turn around. This pace is indeed very tight.

But now, the only real question is: how much ammunition do you still have? Have the aggressive participants in this wave of market movement been completely swept up in the rhythm? Or are they still maintaining enough flexibility?

tbh the whole "rate-cut hawkish fed chair" narrative feels like textbook path dependency stuff... market's getting absolutely conditioned to expect perpetual easing and honestly, the incentive structures here are getting pretty sub-optimal. hard to tell if we're witnessing genuine policy shift or just sophisticated signaling theatre at this point.

Hi, this wave of momentum is really intense. I feel like I've run out of resources already, haha.

Once the rate cut expectation emerged, this wave indeed couldn't be sustained, but I see many people have already gone all in... The market is so fierce, it must be uncomfortable for those without bullets in hand. The positive news is piling up a bit too much; I'm afraid of a sudden reversal, and that would be really heartbreaking. Are those following the trend making money now or gambling with their lives? This pace is too tight; it feels like the market has already been fed enough. When the rate cut actually happens, no one can say whether there is still room to rise. I'm actually more worried about what will happen after all the positive news is realized. Large participants probably still hold quite a few chips, but it's hard to say for retail investors.
