#BinanceABCs Once thought that having money could buy everything, including happiness. So I once疯狂追逐数字, watching others drive luxury cars, live in large apartments, and have astonishing exchange balances, I couldn’t help but wish I could turn things around immediately. What others have, I must have; what I don’t, I must get. This is especially true in the crypto world—earning a wave and wanting to double it, desire seems to have no ceiling.
In these years of navigating the crypto market, I have experienced three "lying flat periods." One afternoon, sitting on the balcony, looking at the prepared clams, lush broccoli, red peppers, green peppers, and straight scallions, sunlight shining and sparkling on the plate, I suddenly understood—this is enough. This is what I’ve been looking for.
Later, I started doing some practical small things. Touching the textures of stones on the roadside, leaning against the tree trunks in the green belts, letting the sunlight shine on me, walking, reading, and clearing my mind. Gradually polishing myself, becoming a stone that can be paved and useful, far better than those gorgeous but only to be looked at gemstones.
Finally, I want to say—don’t be kidnapped by K-line fluctuations, grand technical narratives, various empowerment concepts, DeFi, or asset on-chain ideas that may have nothing to do with you. It’s okay to look at the charts of $BTC, $ETH, $BNB, but don’t forget to lift your head. What truly deserves attention is often right in front of you.

Really, the biggest scam in the crypto world is making you think that the balance number equals the meaning of life. I also went through that phase, and now looking back, it's a bit embarrassing haha.
You're right, sometimes a bowl of noodles heals more than a candlestick chart.

That part about lying flat is so true; I've experienced it too—the feeling of suddenly having an epiphany while sitting on the balcony eating... It's definitely much more comfortable than watching K-line charts.

Starting this whole routine again, as I always say—those who truly make money never find enlightenment on the balcony.

Honestly, this really hit me. A few years ago, I was also in a frenzy, watching the market every day, afraid of missing a wave of opportunity.
Now I occasionally still dream about missing some coins, haha.
But truly, those days of lying on the balcony eating and drinking, not thinking about anything, are actually the most enjoyable.

You're so right. Staring at the candlestick charts every day has blinded my eyes, and as a result, I can't even taste the flavor of the vegetables I eat.

It took me three times lying flat to realize that happiness can't be bought at all.

It feels like I hit the nail on the head. Those days of watching K-line charts every day are really over. Now lying flat is actually more comfortable.
