The 4-hour chart is quite clear: continuous decline, recently staying green. Since the previous high, the price hasn't stopped and has been dropping all the way down. The rebound strength is very weak, entirely dominated by the bears.

In terms of operations, for BTC, you can short in the 87200-88000 range, targeting the 86200-86700 range; for Ethereum, enter short in the 2860-2890 range, aiming for the 2780-2810 target.
