Open orders haven't been filled, that's really the most heartbreaking... It feels like the market is really doing something bizarre. The index has fallen to 18 and still hasn't rebounded, the term bull run definitely deserves a question mark. Even if this wave eventually comes, it feels like we'll have to shed some skin to get there.

The market is bizarre, all the orders are completely empty and flowing. I've really experienced this several times. The fear index is so low but there's no rebound. Strange things happen every year, and this year is especially unusual.
