When it comes to AI development strategy, OpenAI's playbook is fairly predictable—most innovations roll out directly within ChatGPT itself. But Sora and Atlas broke that pattern.
Sora deserves credit as a creative powerhouse. The generative video capabilities are genuinely impressive. Yet here's the catch: it hasn't cracked the social layer yet. The real question isn't whether it works as a tool—it's whether it can build an ecosystem.

Sora is indeed a bull, but the ecology part is a hard injury. It's a bit early to want to be king without understanding the business closed loop.

ngl sora looking fire but ecosystem is def the real play here... if it stays locked behind a paywall it's just another tool tbh, ngmi if openai doesn't figure out the social layer thing

Sora's video capabilities are truly excellent, but the ecosystem is still a weakness.

No matter how strong Sora is, it needs an ecosystem to succeed. Without a social layer, it's just a high-level tool. The move by OpenAI depends on the long-term value potential; don't be blinded by short-term technical indicators.

Sora is indeed impressive, but the ecosystem really needs to put in effort. Technology alone isn't enough.

Sora Bull is bullish, but the ecosystem is indeed a weakness. The OpenAI approach is still too simplistic.
