Just chatting about my early days in the crypto world, since the market hasn't had much news lately.

The first time I got into cryptocurrency was around 2017 to 2018. I casually bought some stuff back then, and looking back now, some projects have long disappeared into the dust of history—like EOS, IOTA, and Cardano.

But honestly, I wasn't really "in the scene" at that time. I was just swept up in the hype of the bull market, following the FOMO. I didn't think deeply about what these projects actually were or why I should buy them; I just saw others discussing them, and before I knew it, I was hooked. This might be a stage many people go through—being overwhelmed by the hype and just thinking about making a quick profit.

Haha, I also experienced that wave of FOMO in 2017. Looking back now, I really feel like my brain was flooded; I rushed in without understanding anything. Wait, how come EOS and ADA disappeared? These two are still doing well, right? Are you saying that those who bought early lost everything or what... To be honest, back then I was just dizzy from the bull run, it was an era of following the crowd. Looking back now, it feels like dark history; all because of this damn FOMO mentality. Actually, it's still the same now. As long as there's a slight change in the wind, people start getting restless again. This circle is just like that.

Haha, speaking of that 2017 wave, I was also a fool with money. Looking back now, it's a bit embarrassing... EOS, IOTA, these have indeed become tears of the era, but Cardano is still alive, right? It feels a bit unfair to compare, haha. The most ridiculous thing was that back then, I never even thought about the question "why buy," it was purely following the FOMO trend. As soon as someone mentioned the market in the group, I would rush in... I wish I had taken the time to read the whitepaper carefully.

Haha, that wave of EOS was really a dream come true. Now mentioning it feels a bit embarrassing.

Haha, thinking back to 2017, I really was out of my mind. I wanted to go all-in on everything I saw. Now I've lost so much that I'm just an ordinary person.

Haha, EOS, IOTA—those should have been in the museum long ago. Cardano is still alive, but it's also nearing the end.
