Here's a thought: if the fundamental purpose of existence is simply to survive, and survival itself is inherently an act of risk-taking, then isn't gambling—in its essence—just another term for the bets we take to stay alive? Every choice carries stakes. Every decision is a wager on an uncertain future. The difference between those labeled 'survival strategies' and those labeled 'gambling' might just be semantic. Worth sitting with that one.

Wow, this logic is a bit extreme... So working is also gambling? Gambling that the company doesn't go bankrupt, gambling that the boss doesn't delay salaries...

ngl this is just semantic rebranding with extra steps. life IS risk but calling every decision a "bet" kinda waters down what actual gambling addiction looks like... imo there's a meaningful difference between calculated moves and doom-scrolling into liquidation lmao

Damn, this logic seems pretty solid, but I feel like something's a bit off.

Existence itself is the biggest gamble. This statement is a bit extreme... but upon reflection, it actually makes some sense.
