#BinanceABCs The core trading logic is just these 16 words: Simplicity at its best, follow the trend, cut losses promptly, let profits run.

Basically, that's how it is. If the market is going up, it’s going up; if it’s going down, it’s going down. Looking at the moving average direction is enough—upward movement means a bullish trend, downward movement means a bearish trend. No need to overcomplicate.

Following the trend is very important. Go long when it’s rising, go short when it’s falling. But this isn’t about guessing right or wrong; it’s about the magnitude of the move. In a rising market, it’s likely to continue rising; in a falling market, it’s likely to keep falling. Big moves mean bigger profits—that’s a matter of probability.

Cut losses promptly and let profits run—these two are easy to say but hardest to do. If you’re wrong, cut; if you’re right, hold on.

In reality, most people lose money for the opposite reasons: analyzing this and that all day, trying to trade against the trend, wanting to run after profits when they’re up, and being reluctant to cut losses when they’re down.

Almost all successful cases follow these 16 words. This trading pattern doesn’t make much money in normal times because big market moves are rare. Going against human nature is the biggest trap, but once a big trend appears and you can ride it from start to finish, you might get one or two chances in life to make a fortune.

The trading logic is actually very simple, but executing it is incredibly difficult. I myself study and ponder it every day, and I still often get slapped in the face.

You're not wrong; it's just that overcoming this anti-human nature hurdle is the hardest part.

That's right, I just can't control my hands. I want to run as soon as I make money, and I fantasize about a rebound when I lose money, only to be repeatedly slapped in the face.

That's right, the key is whether you can withstand the psychological barrier.

That's right, going against human nature is the greatest enemy.
