Abstract generation in progress

【Crypto World】To talk about the most interesting gameplay in the crypto market this year, the annual statement definitely counts. Gate recently launched the 2025 Annual User Statement Review project, and this time the design idea is quite interesting.

Unlike other platforms that simply showcase profits, Gate’s statement uses a timeline approach to lay out your entire year’s trading path. Every step you took during high volatility periods, the activities you participated in, and the milestones you achieved are all integrated into a traceable, complete record. Looking at it feels like reviewing your own trading story from the past year.

More details include that the platform also assigns tags and titles based on your trading style and activity level—this approach helps to weaken the focus on pure profit comparison and instead highlights each user’s actual behavior characteristics and participation methods. In other words, whether you’re an aggressive or conservative trader, you can find your own story in the statement.

From the platform’s perspective, the launch of this statement also reflects the overall improvement of Gate’s strength. Data shows that by 2025, Gate’s user base has approached 50 million, spot trading volume remains among the top two globally, and derivatives trading volume ranks among the top three worldwide. In the current environment where activity in the crypto market continues to rise, these numbers behind the scenes demonstrate the platform’s comprehensive advantages in user scale, product structure, and capacity. Whether you’re a beginner or a veteran, you can find a suitable space for participation here.

ngl the timeline narrative framing is lowkey genius from a network effects perspective—actually gives users agency beyond just flex culture, which most platforms fundamentally misunderstand about mainstream onboarding

Let me take a look at my own Transaction History... Ha, it feels like I flipped through my own trading black history. This kind of gameplay is indeed much more comfortable than those platforms that insist on ranking yields; it really understands human nature.

I only saw this billing feature at 2 a.m.... After carefully analyzing the data layer design, the idea of tracing the timeline is indeed smarter than simply displaying the price changes. It allows us to see where the liquidity gaps are for each trading pair, and the slippage differences at different times... This is what makes it interesting. --- Major platforms always love to showcase returns, but Gate surprisingly highlights the trading behavior itself this time, which really hits the point. What I care about most are those moments of abnormal volatility—if it can be recorded precisely, the arbitrage opportunities become obvious. --- The design of tags and titles alleviates the anxiety over pure returns, but what I care more about is... whether it’s possible to infer market efficiency flaws from the billing data? That’s the truly valuable part. --- Just spent half an hour reviewing the billing, and I found that the liquidity depth changes of trading pairs are fully recorded. Wait, does this mean I can accurately calculate the actual slippage cost of each previous trade? These details are amazing. --- Another platform is starting to play the "storytelling" game... But I have to admit, the design of tagging trading styles indeed solves a certain pain point. Compared to just comparing returns, analyzing the trading decision process itself can better reveal where the problems are.

I need to check my statement, I feel like I lost quite a bit this year haha --- Another year, looking at the statement makes me realize how inexperienced I am --- This timeline design is pretty clever, saves me from worrying about returns every day --- The tags and titles sound pretty good, but I’m just worried I’ll get labels like "Lamborghini King" --- Every step of the operation is recorded, feeling a bit nervous --- Honestly, this is way more comfortable than just showing off returns --- Both the aggressive and conservative sides have their stories, I’m just the representative of the losing side --- Wow, it records my entire reckless journey for the year --- Reviewing the trading path on the timeline, it’s a bit like looking at my own blood, sweat, and tears --- I give this design idea an 8 out of 10, the remaining 2 points go to customization

Haha, this billing feature is indeed quite interesting, but I'm afraid my story might be hard to tell. I'm scared, I'm scared. If I lay out my trading path over the past year, it would probably be a blood, sweat, and tears story. Maybe I can get the title of "The Best Bottom-Fisherman" — that's all I want. Honestly, compared to showing off profits, this kind of record-keeping is much more comfortable, no need to be watched by others with a miserable account. Damn, if based on the number of trades, I could make the list, but whether the direction is right is hard to say. This design is okay, at least it admits that none of us are geniuses, and we can find a label to comfort ourselves.

I've really been messing around on Gate all year, and only after looking at the bills did I realize how much I actually lost haha After looking for a while, I finally understood that I am just a "impatient type," and I can't help but trade whenever the market fluctuates Back then, I definitely chased highs and sold lows quite a bit, but looking at the bills like this, I find it quite interesting, at least I can see my trading habits clearly It feels much more real than just showing off profits; no one needs to pretend anymore I have to give this design a thumbs up, it's definitely better than looking at others' bills with a bunch of "profit screenshots" that make you uncomfortable Really want to see if I can change those bad habits this year, and compare again next year

I don't care how others play; just looking at my statement shows I haven't stopped messing around at Gate this year. Sounds good, finally no longer being crushed by the gains of those lucky ones. I just like this design where everyone has their own story. I have to take a look at my annual statement to see what I've actually been doing. Honestly, I'm a bit looking forward to seeing my label—whether I'm an aggressive or conservative trader. Anyway, I'm definitely not the type to HODL passively. This kind of design feels more impactful than just showing gains; I need to see how many times I've actually operated.
