Regarding BDX's integration with LayerZero's OFT standard, at first glance it seems to be a routine feature iteration—cross-chain transfers are nothing new. However, a closer look at this technical path reveals that the focus is not on "whether cross-chain is possible," but on "how to cross."

This upgrade enables BDX to circulate across major public chains such as Ethereum, Solana, and Arbitrum. Compared to other cross-chain solutions, the LayerZero-based OFT standard takes a different approach—achieving more efficient liquidity aggregation through a unified message transmission layer rather than asset locking and minting.

From a technical perspective, this design makes the transfer of users' BDX assets between different chains more native, reducing cross-chain costs and risks, and speeding up transaction confirmation times. For projects aiming to deeply participate in multi-chain ecosystems, this technical solution indeed represents the current direction of cross-chain development.

Well, LayerZero is indeed much more thoughtful than locking and minting solutions; finally, there's a project seriously working on liquidity aggregation. BDX's recent moves are good, but the key is whether the ecosystem can really come alive. This is the correct way to open up cross-chain; the native flow is much more comfortable. The message passing route is indeed appealing; it should have been done this way long ago. Simply put, it's just a smarter way of doing things; the era of trading time for space should be over.

LayerZero is indeed quite interesting, but to be honest, most people still can't understand these technical details. There are a bunch of cross-chain solutions, but very few that are actually usable... This time, the BDX solution is indeed much smoother than the locked minting approach. The OFT standard sounds good, but in the end, it all comes down to transaction cost and speed; users don't care how amazing your technology is. The multi-chain ecosystem is beautiful, but I'm worried that liquidity will be fragmented; I hope this isn't just the beginning of another empty promise. This is the kind of rhythm we should have, much more reliable than those projects that just talk big every day.

LayerZero's solution is indeed much better than the lock-mint model, as it reduces both cost and risk. In terms of OFT, bdx has chosen the right direction.

It's another cross-chain and LayerZero, why does it sound so complicated... Actually, it's just that BDX can now bounce back and forth between different chains. Compared to the traditional lock-mint model, the OFT setup is indeed more attractive—more convenient, lower cost, and faster. I admit that. But the key is... does BDX itself have that many users? No matter how advanced the technology or how many chains there are, there needs to be liquidity.

Wow, finally not the old routine of locked minting. OFT this time really has something, the native circulation part is really satisfying.
