Want to survive by hanging around in the crypto circle? Here's a piece of advice for all self-proclaimed founders or content creators: stop dreaming.
I've seen too many people claiming to be entrepreneurs or content creators, but when you check their Discord or Telegram communities, the reality is right in front of you—empty groups, sparse interactions, impressive follower numbers, but the actual engagement is pitiful. Some are still in self-delusion, thinking they're the next KOL.
The reality is often harsh. You may appear to be doing Web3-related work, your account looks decent enough, but can you really make a living from this? Many can't last more than half a year.
The gap between hype on CT (Crypto Twitter) and real income is huge. Posting opinions, doing analysis, riding hot topics—these are far from enough. Without a real product, stable income sources, or core competitiveness, you're just cannon fodder in this circle.
What you need isn't a Web3 dream, but a realistic plan B.
