Too much of anything is a bad thing and you're going to look back in 20 years and probably wish you'd have made different decisions.
Things like drugs, alcohol, video games, gambling, sedentary lifestyle, junk food/bad eating habits, screen time, binge watching shows/movies, nicotine and any other harmful or addictive habits just hold you back from being your best, happiest & most productive/successful version of yourself.
Again, in moderation things are fine but you really have to take a step back and see what you will have been happy to have spent the last 20 years of you're doing once you get there because there's likely a lot of habits you'd throw out.
It's never too late to make a change.
