I used to underestimate the role of small systems. I always thought about seizing big opportunities and creating sensational effects. Only now do I realize that this idea is not comprehensive enough.

True breakthroughs come from alignment. When actions and goals point in the same direction, friction disappears. Efficiency is then improved. This is one form of alignment — seemingly small, but capable of changing the entire ecosystem's operation.

The details in alignment are indeed underestimated; most people are still creating a grand vision in a chaotic manner.

The power of the small ecosystem has indeed been underestimated. At first, I was only thinking about all-in on the big track. Alignment is truly the invisible infrastructure; no one pays attention to it, but it determines everything. The true quality is revealed in the details, and Web3 follows the same logic. I recall that some projects failed before because the team was not aligned, a disorganized mess. This wave of realization is like a enlightenment.

Small systems are indeed easy to overlook, but ecosystem alignment is the real gamechanger.
