Over the years of navigating the crypto world, I’ve seen too many people disappear overnight, their accounts wiped clean and never logged in again.

Strangely, these people aren’t necessarily lacking in skills. What they fall into is actually the same vicious cycle—

When the market drops, they panic, sell at the bottom every time, never catching the highs.

When the market rises, they get anxious, chase the top, and buy at the peak.

Cycle after cycle, accounts wiped out, then they start asking themselves: "Is it really over this time?"

But time repeatedly shows you the answer: a bear market is never a dead end; it’s the people who see it as a dead end that choose to exit.

I still remember that deep winter, when the market was as cold as ice and snow. Almost no one in the group spoke, the candlesticks looked like a dead fish lying flat, friends gradually closed their positions and left, all saying "keep some cash to sleep soundly."

During that time, there was only one thing I did every day—

Check the trading volume, observe the price structure, then do nothing.

The hardest part isn’t losing money; it’s having the discipline to do nothing. No bottom fishing, no dreaming, no fantasizing that a rebound will save you. It’s like crouching in an empty forest waiting for prey—better to have empty hands than to fire blindly.

Many people think that in a bear market, it’s about courage. Actually, that’s not true—it's about patience. Real opportunities never come with a loud gong; they only appear quietly when the market is the most silent, the most boring, and the most despairing.

Later, as the market gradually warmed up, those mainstream coins that were once hated and mocked for "not moving at all" started to lift their heads one by one. No sudden surges, but surprisingly stable and steady. That’s when I realized—

Cheap isn’t created by falling; it’s created by waiting.

In the crypto market, the most valuable thing isn’t technical analysis or market information, but a single word: "Patience."

Resist the urge to chase highs. Resist the urge to buy the dip in the middle of a rally. Resist the urge to hold too large a position. Resist being carried away by the rhythm.

The true reward in a bear market isn’t for the bravest fighters, but for those who can wait patiently and aren’t greedy. This isn’t just motivational talk; it’s the truth I’ve seen every survivor practice over these years.

Basically, it's about self-discipline; most people simply can't do it.

Honestly, I'm the kind of person who can survive without doing anything at all, haha.

To be honest, the hardest moment is when you cut your losses, not because of losing money, but because you realize you've been fooled by your emotions once again.

To be honest, this article really hit me. I'm the kind of fool who bought at the lowest point, and I still regret it when I think about it now.

That's right, you just have to endure. I was the same back then; I watched others escape while I just sat there helpless. Looking back now, I still feel quite scared... but I did make some profit.

Exactly, the only problem is that the word "endure" is so difficult. When I see others hyping up trades, I want to join in, but every time I end up taking the final hit.
