Recently, a well-known trader's actions have left people a bit puzzled. Over two weeks, they accumulated 1871 ETH and then reallocated into DeFi assets like PENDLE, LDO, ENA, and ETHFI. How should we interpret this move?

From a market logic perspective, it seems a bit inconsistent. If ETH isn't showing signs of strength, it's likely because the overall market is in a risk-averse phase. In such a scenario, can these DeFi assets really take off? On the contrary, there's a feeling that these smaller-weighted assets might be more vulnerable to declines. If market sentiment continues to cool, they could fall even more sharply.

Thinking differently, unless they've identified certain fundamentals or liquidity opportunities in specific DeFi protocols, purely from a capital flow perspective, the risk-reward ratio of this operation is somewhat questionable.
ETH0,04%
PENDLE0,7%
LDO-2,82%
ENA-2,78%

Is this guy really trying to bottom fish and bet on a rebound, throwing in 1871 ETH... But betting on small coins like this is really risky, especially when the market is still falling, buying DeFi small caps—are they asking for trouble?

This guy is probably about to bottom out DeFi, but this move definitely has a bit of a gambling vibe. Selling 1871 ETH to pile into small tokens, the risk... Let's wait and see. In a weak market, pushing in further, either confidence or a gambler's mentality. I still believe in the fundamentals, but this timing feels a bit rushed. Honestly, small-cap tokens with low weights have no protection during a big drop. Has this brother discovered some opportunity? Or just wants to take a gamble? Just asking if you don't understand, is there any logic now in DeFi that justifies betting 1871 ETH? Honestly, I find it a bit hard to understand the logic behind this move.

This operational logic is a bit flawed, throwing ETH to buy the DeFi bottom... Now there are many projects that can't even figure out permission control, really dare to go all in?

Is this guy betting on the protocol taking off or just trying to bottom fish and bet on a sentiment reversal? I can't figure it out... --- 1871 ETH directly dumped into small DeFi tokens, this risk appetite is a bit aggressive. --- Feels like he's betting on a DeFi narrative, but right now this position is indeed a bit shaky. --- Did he see some liquidity opportunity we haven't noticed? Or is it just pure gambler's mentality? --- This move is an unconventional approach, either very clever or very foolish—there's no in-between. --- Small-weighted assets are just cannon fodder in a bear market unless this guy really knows some insider info. --- I still think this move is a bit over the top, DeFi really isn't worth that much.
