Actionability is real, and this buyback clearly shows sincerity. Just want to see how they will use this reserve later... All nice words, but it has to be implemented. Over 50 million tokens are locked? Or can they still dump at any time... It depends on whether transparency is in place. This is what should be done, much better than projects that just boast every day. Buyback ≠ price increase, but at least the attitude is there.
