Recently, the crypto world has been easy to trap people in a FOMO cycle—wanting to chase after everything, but ending up as the bagholder. When faced with this situation, my approach is to slow down, spend more time researching projects that are not flashy but are actually making progress.

Being low-key doesn't mean lacking value. On the contrary, truly reliable projects are often those that steadily advance at each stage. From technological iterations, ecosystem development, to operational rhythm, every step reflects professionalism. Such projects are worth long-term attention—not for quick profits, but to see their true value within the ecosystem.

Instead of following the trend blindly, it's better to choose calmly.

That's right, constantly chasing hot topics can actually raise blood pressure. Reliable projects are indeed often overlooked, but that's where the real money is. FOMO is truly the number one killer in the crypto world, and I've now learned to hold back. Low-key projects are the ones that can be held onto, unlike hot coins that ride the roller coaster every day. That's why most people are still chasing the ups and downs, while a few are counting their money.

That's right, FOMO is really the biggest killer in the crypto world. Reliable projects that focus on steady progress are indeed often overlooked, but in the long run, these are the ones that make money.

That's right, low-key projects are the real gold. Those who work steadily are truly worth supporting. The bag-holder is just someone chasing hot trends; staying calm and making careful choices is indeed important. Technological iteration is visible; you can trust this kind of project. FOMO is really the biggest poison in the crypto world. Doing your homework is much more reliable than following the crowd. The ecological value should be viewed long-term; short-term quick profits are all illusions.

That's right, that's how the bagholders come about. Really, those who shout every day are actually the ones cutting the leeks. I'm also following some low-profile projects, but the problem is how to judge whether they are genuinely working or just deceiving. In the past two years, I've seen too many cases of "steadily progressing" that ultimately went silent.

That's right. Compared to coins that flood the screens every day, I care more about those who work quietly behind the scenes.

Really, FOMO kills people. Half of the bagholders come from this.
