Ethereum Price Trend Observation Notes

From the situation on December 31, Ethereum has been in a state of stagnation during this period. The hourly chart shows that the bulls and bears are still in a tug-of-war, with no clear advantage. The price is repeatedly oscillating around the middle band of the central zone, unable to find a good entry point. Instead of chasing, it's better to wait patiently.

In terms of trading strategy, keep it simple and straightforward: consider going long when the price tests the lower band, and go short when it approaches the upper band. The key is to distinguish between genuine breakouts and false signals. The method to tell real from fake breakouts isn't complicated—mainly look at subsequent volume and whether the support levels hold.

At this stage, patience and waiting are much more rational than impulsive actions.

Hmm, right now it's just a tug-of-war. I haven't figured out how to handle it yet. Wait for the trend to move before taking action; there's not much you can do by just messing around. Whether it's a real breakout or a false one depends on the volume; I've already figured out this pattern. By the way, if this wave can really stabilize, I'll go in. Right now, it's comfortable to stay on the sidelines, worry-free.

Hmm... There's really not much to do this time. Instead of chasing risky trades, it's better to just watch patiently. Whether it's a true breakout or a false one, the two words are: trading volume. Everything else is just illusions. Wait, wait, wait, it feels like it might drop further. The middle band has been rubbing against the price for so long; it should have a direction by now. When will there be a decent big move? Staying on the sidelines is indeed tough. When the itch to act arises, it's hard to resist. No matter how good the chart looks, if the volume doesn't cooperate, it's all pointless. I don't believe this time will be a fake-out. Another market with little to no action. That's the most annoying. To put it simply, it still depends on volume. No volume, no movement. If the lower band can't be broken, we'll just keep watching the show.

I've been watching these two days, really holding back and risking internal injury. I want to chase in but I'm afraid of fake moves. --- That's right, it's better not to act impulsively and wait. The key is still not to distinguish between true and false breakthroughs. Only after being cut can you understand. --- This is the torment, with the mid-line repeatedly rubbing, making me want to smash the plate. --- Wait for a good signal from the lower band before taking action. There's no need to gamble right now. --- The coordination of volume and support levels is crucial. I previously ignored this and paid a heavy price. --- Wait, wait, wait. Anyway, the time cost is the lowest.

Wait, wait, wait. Has the mid-range been rubbing for so long? I've been dreaming about ETH these past few days. --- A real breakout or a false breakout, it's easy to say but I keep falling into the trap every time. Does anyone have a solution? --- Waiting patiently is the right approach, but I've been waiting so long I'm starting to get a bit impatient haha. --- I've never really understood the volume and energy aspect of this. Can someone explain it to me? --- When the lower band comes, we go in; when the upper band hits, we short. Simple and straightforward, there's nothing wrong with that.

After such a long period of middle-band friction, it's better to wait and see; don't get caught in a false move. --- Claiming it's a real breakout or a false one is easy, but in practice, you still end up getting trapped. --- This wave of market movement is just irritating; staying on the sidelines is definitely smarter than blindly acting. --- I can't believe in "breakouts" that are not supported by volume; I've seen this routine too many times. --- Waiting for the lower band, chasing now just makes you the bag holder. --- It sounds nice, but in reality, it's just relying on luck; losses can happen just as quickly. --- Repeated friction at the middle band is just a way to wash out chips; waiting it out will be over soon. --- It sounds straightforward and satisfying, but actually trading will make your mentality explode. --- If you can't hold the support level, don't believe in any breakouts; I know this routine too well. --- The premise of staying on the sidelines is that you can withstand the feeling of watching others make money.
