On December 31, Bubblemaps released data showing that the Lighter airdrop worth $675 million is the tenth largest airdrop in cryptocurrency history. Currently, about 75% of recipients still hold LIT tokens, and 7% of recipients have increased their holdings. The Lighter airdrop surpassed the $671 million airdrop of 1inch, ranking tenth, but still lagging behind LooksRare’s $712 million airdrop in 2022. The largest airdrop in the crypto industry to date was Uniswap in 2020, with a total airdrop value of $6.43 billion.
