Current Status and Next Steps
With compliance regained, the originally scheduled hearing on March 14, 2024 has been canceled. However, the company remains under monitoring until June 27, 2024—a condition imposed by a previous Nasdaq Hearings Panel compliance letter issued in June 2023.
