Rumble's Leadership Team Takes Shape Following CFVI Merger

Following the planned merger between Rumble and CF Acquisition Corp. VI (Nasdaq: CFVI), the company has finalized its board of directors roster, pending stockholder approval at CF VI’s special meeting scheduled for September 15, 2022. The newly appointed board members will officially assume their positions upon transaction closing, subject to regulatory clearance.

The Founding Vision: Chris Pavlovski Leads as CEO and Chairman

At the helm of Rumble sits Chris Pavlovski, the platform’s founder and Chief Executive Officer who simultaneously serves as Board Chairman. With over two decades of experience in digital marketing and online advertising, Pavlovski brings an entrepreneurial track record that spans three successful ventures. His career trajectory began with web development during his teenage years and evolved into directing marketing initiatives for NASA’s Next Giant Leap between 2009 and 2012, where he spearheaded corporate sponsorships and Internet marketing campaigns.

In 2011, Pavlovski established Cosmic Development, a global IT services firm that expanded to employ 150+ staff across European and North American offices. The company earned recognition as Macedonia’s second-best employer and accumulated numerous industry accolades. Beyond business, Pavlovski contributes to community development through his involvement with Macedonia 2025, a nonprofit organization dedicated to economic and educational advancement.

Independent Expertise: Diverse Board Composition

Rumble’s board includes several accomplished independent directors bringing varied expertise to the table.

Nancy Armstrong joins as an independent board member with an extensive media production background. As founder and executive producer of Happy Warrior Media, Armstrong recently unveiled her award-winning documentary addressing ADHD titled “The Disruptors.” Her professional journey includes co-founding MAKERS, a prominent women-focused video and media platform, before launching her career at Ogilvy, Inc. in New York. Armstrong holds degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Boston University’s communications program, and has earned an Emmy nomination.

Paul Cappuccio brings substantial corporate governance experience, having served as Rumble director since January 2021. His executive background includes positions as Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at NJOY, LLC since January 2020. Previously, Cappuccio held senior legal roles at major corporations including Time Warner (Executive Vice President and General Counsel from 2001-2018) and America Online (Senior Vice President and General Counsel from 1999-2001). His board experience encompasses Chipotle Mexican Grill from 2016-2020 and Central European Media Enterprises from 2009-2018, where he served on nominating, governance, and audit committees. Before his corporate career, Cappuccio was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis law firm and served as Associate Deputy Attorney General at the U.S. Department of Justice. He also clerked for U.S. Supreme Court Justices Anthony M. Kennedy and Antonin Scalia. Cappuccio earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School and B.A. from Georgetown University.

Robert Arsov contributes investment and strategic advisory expertise as founding partner and CEO of Hoplon Capital, established in May 2021. The firm focuses on investments in digital economy sectors including insurance, financial services, IT, healthcare, and media. Concurrently, Arsov serves as Senior Advisor at Guggenheim Partners, a role he has maintained since May 2021 following his tenure as Senior Managing Director there. His background includes M&A advisory work in biotech and pharmaceutical sectors, plus prior experience with Credit Suisse’s M&A division. Arsov holds a degree from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.

Ethan Fallang serves as an independent director since May 2021. Currently, he works as a Partner at Narya Capital Management overseeing accounting, tax, and audit functions. His previous role included CEO of Riverview Health Institute from October 2010 to February 2020. Fallang earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Ohio State University and MBA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst’s Isenberg School of Management.

Operational Leadership: Non-Independent Director

Ryan Milnes serves as non-independent director, having joined Rumble’s board in 2013. As co-founder and CEO of Cosmic Development alongside Chris Pavlovski, Milnes has overseen the provision of content editing and moderation services to the video platform since 2013. His business portfolio includes ownership and direction of multiple technology and real estate ventures. Milnes completed his film studies at Toronto Film School.
