I took a look at early projects on December 31st, and honestly, the entire market is a bit cold right now. There hasn't been much new in GameFi lately, just the old routines. Launchpad projects in the Sol ecosystem are numerous, but their quality varies. The recent funding activity for new L2 chains has cooled down, and many projects lack differentiated competitive advantages. NFT projects on Base are somewhat popular, but that's about it. Mega-type NFT collections are somewhat innovative in their tags, but their practical applications still raise questions. Overall, the early-stage sector needs more innovative breakthroughs, and it has indeed entered a dull period.

To be honest, the GameFi scene is outdated, and it's time for other sectors to take over. On sol, you can post anything, mostly relying on luck to make money. The NFT hype on Base is probably fading too.

Overall, the track still lacks creativity. --- What’s the use of so many new L2 chains launching? ngl, feels like everyone's just copying the same playbook rn. where's the actual innovation at? sol launchpads moving mad volume but half the projects are just recycled ideas fr fr base nfts have some buzz but it's giving mid tier energy tbh gamefi hasn't had a fresh take since forever, not touching that l2 hype died faster than gas prices after a network upgrade lol

I stopped halfway through and didn't continue scrolling, there's really nothing to get into. Bro, your observation is spot on, it's just that the cost of innovation is too high right now. GameFi's repeated old tricks are really starting to cool off. The popularity on Base is indeed there, but how many can actually hold? When the funding frenzy cools down, you can see who's just swimming naked, especially on Solana. We still have to wait for the next wave of narratives to emerge, otherwise it's just leftovers from the hype.

Somewhat agree, there are indeed no standout projects right now, all just repeating last year's stories. --- There are too many launchpad projects on Sol, 99% are just the same old money-grabbing tricks. --- Really, L2 is everywhere now, even the fundraisers have lost enthusiasm, I'm getting tired of it. --- Base's NFTs are just hype, with no real application scenarios, purely gambling. --- The so-called dull period is just a nicer way to say it; my feeling is that this cycle has no more profit to be made. --- That GameFi set really should disappear; after so many years, it's still the same old thing. --- Everyone is waiting for the next hot trend, but it's really cold right now. --- Mega-class NFTs look impressive, but they're just marketing gimmicks with no real differentiation.
