Developers in Chengdu are highly engaged, as evidenced by the enthusiastic registration for the last hackathon. The Web3 ecosystem's popularity in this city is indeed quite strong.

This time, the event is being held again in Chengdu mainly to provide a platform for more talented developers to showcase their skills. However, after participating in many events, we discovered a problem—relying solely on community voting can sometimes bury truly excellent projects.

Therefore, we made an adjustment this time, adopting a hybrid model that combines the top 3 projects selected by judges with the top 2 projects from community voting. This way, industry experts' insights can be utilized while still maintaining the community's voice. We believe this mechanism is better at uncovering truly promising teams.

The mixed selection method is still somewhat interesting, but the judges need to be reliable; otherwise, it's all for nothing.

This hybrid mode is indeed clever; it requires knowledgeable people to speak. --- Community voting can easily be manipulated; this balance is quite good. --- Chengdu developers have significant energy; I like the combination of experts + community. --- In the end, it still depends on the judges' ability to recognize talent; otherwise, everyone would be overlooked. --- This mechanism is well thought out, both democratic and professional. --- Haha, finally someone has responded; it's all about who can market themselves through voting. --- The ratio of top 3 to top 2 is deliberate; I give full marks for this design.

The mixed evaluation step indeed scores points; otherwise, pure mutual voting can easily be hijacked by traffic.

This hybrid model is indeed clever and much more reliable than pure community voting.
