I think the whole sequence of events might be that Dev wanted to first get Shaw's attention before paying Dex. However, @shawmakesmagic 's space session ended, and that's when Dev said he wouldn't pay Dex tonight, right before the launch. FUD-ing his own token at this stage obviously doesn't make sense, and he didn't dump his position. Instead, he went to comment below Shaw's post to get attention. I can only say the game has begun, and there might be an astonishing reversal.
