#加密货币监管政策 The regulatory framework is gradually becoming clearer. The CLARITY Act was submitted to the Senate in January, and the responsibilities of the SEC and CFTC will be clearly defined, which will have a substantial impact on the exchange ecosystem and trader strategies.

More importantly, the candidate for CFTC Chair has been decided, and after Selick takes office, it is expected to accelerate the implementation of regulatory authority over crypto derivatives. What does this mean? The wild growth phase of the cryptocurrency market is rapidly narrowing, and the advantages of compliant exchanges will become increasingly apparent, while the scope for certain gray-area activities is being compressed.

From a follow-trade perspective, this is a very important signal. I have recently been adjusting my copy trading and position-splitting strategies, focusing more on traders operating on compliant exchanges with clear risk control systems, and increasing the risk weight for those high-level traders relying on policy gaps to leverage extremely. It’s not that these people can’t make money, but the probability of black swan events is rising, and the controllability of profit fluctuations is decreasing.

Regulatory clarity is actually a good thing—at least you can more accurately assess the true risks of your counterparties. Strategies that can sustain profits within a regulated framework are often more worth following long-term. This policy cycle may reshuffle some players, and those who prepare strategic adjustments in advance will face much less trouble.
