The international political news over the weekend drove the gold market, but the heat has already dissipated. What is the key now? Defend against the decline; this risk should not be underestimated.

From the daily technical perspective, a large bearish candle completely engulfed a week's worth of gains. The candlestick remains below the moving averages, and this pattern has not been broken. Rebound? It's a normal rhythm of one yin and one yang; don't get excited just because the rebound is large. The higher the rebound, the more intense the subsequent downward force.

Short-term signals are already indicating a top. The resistance zone above is locked in around 4420-4430, which is the layout point for the bears. Support below is at 4273, a critical defensive line.

The trading strategy is very clear: short around 4410, set stop-loss at 4425, and target 4270. Rhythm is very important; don't be greedy, take profits when it's time.

This rebound is just a fake fall, don't be fooled. The decline is still on the way. Short at 4410, can it really hold until 4270? Feels unlikely. Gold, such things, lose momentum once political news passes, technical analysis is more ruthless. The moving average resistance has been there for so long; if it can't break through, it can only continue to fall. If the shorting rhythm is well-timed, it avoids being countered easily. That 4425 stop-loss is a bit tight; if your mindset isn't strong enough, it's easy to get washed out. The more intense the rebound, the more aggressive the decline; this saying is always true, hard to defend against.

A strong rebound means it's over; I've seen too many tricks like this. Short at 4410 directly. Don't be fooled by that comfortable rebound.

The sharper the rebound, the more aggressive the sell-off. This wave definitely requires caution.

honestly, that rebound looks sus to me—textbook bull trap energy. the candle already ate through a whole week's gains, so yeah, 4410 short makes sense but let's not pretend this holds. resistance at 4420-4430 is probably where the real knife-catching happens.

The sharper the rebound, the more brutal the drop. This really hits the point. I've seen too many people become numb from rebounds.

The sharper the rebound, the more fierce the drop. There's some truth to that—it's just easy to get caught.
