Basically, it's just that the story of breaking the deadlock hasn't arrived yet. The infrastructure is in place, liquidity is in place, and all that's missing is a narrative that can ignite the entire scene.

I read the topic article, and basically it's just waiting for a story. The infrastructure is all in place, the money is just sitting there, and all that's missing is a new narrative that can blow up the scene to ignite everything. This wave definitely feels pretty dull.
