Where is the roadmap? The promised updates, all I hear every day are visions. Honestly, the UI really needs to be improved. Every operation requires clicking several times. There are many functional requirements, but how are the priorities set? The operators probably don’t have a clear idea. User experience can't just stay at the level of "repeated suggestions"; it needs to be truly launched. Daily fundraising and talking about visions—when will the product experience become smooth? There are too many pain points, buddy. The most annoying thing is that the interaction logic is not intuitive enough.

All talk still comes down to the roadmap, otherwise it's all empty words. Constantly shouting about optimizing the experience, but how exactly to improve? Can you give a timeline? Pain points? The UI is just torturous, every operation requires a few extra clicks. It should have been optimized long ago, now users are being forced to leave. Isn't this just the project team shirking responsibility... Ignoring feedback and then blaming users for lack of stickiness. Poor user experience really needs to be on the schedule, or competitors will overtake at any minute.
