Discover a very good way of thinking called weakening wording. For example, change "I want to run five kilometers" to "go for a walk," change "I want to study" to "glance at some books," and change "train for abs" to "just move around casually." Don't assign too much significance to the tasks you need to do, and don't take them too seriously. Treat them as things you can do effortlessly and can complete casually. By weakening the resistance to starting, you'll find that doing them gradually becomes natural.
