Ripple leadership recently unveiled an ambitious roadmap centered on vertical integration and strategic expansion. The initiative focuses on constructing a comprehensive blockchain ecosystem—one that seamlessly connects distributed ledger technology with proprietary stablecoin infrastructure (RLUSD) and institutional-grade custody solutions through Palisade. This multi-layered approach aims to establish end-to-end capabilities across the payment and settlement landscape. Complementing this vertical strategy, the company is actively pursuing targeted M&A moves to bolster technological capabilities and expedite market penetration. The dual focus on internal development and external acquisitions signals Ripple's intent to consolidate its position within the digital asset infrastructure space.

XRP's combination punch really has some substance—ecosystem closed-loop + acquisitions accelerate, it feels like Ripple really wants to play big.

Ripple's vertical integration approach, to put it simply, is about taking over the entire chain, from the underlying layer to applications... But on the other hand, the combination of RLUSD with Palisade does have some real potential.

Ripple is doing the same thing again, vertical integration, ecological closed-loop, institutional-grade custody... It sounds great, but I don't know if RLUSD can really make it happen.
