Position depth directly affects emotional response—this is the eternal rule of the market. Participants involved in a major exchange's related assets are often the most sensitive to fluctuations; they can't sit still at the slightest sign of movement. But if someone like certain individuals remains on the sidelines throughout, not holding anything, their mindset becomes much calmer—after all, no investment means no waves regardless of market turbulence. However, even just casually holding spot assets can lead to a completely different experience. Position size is the best test of a person's true state of mind.

Really, those with no positions are the most able to act calm, but as soon as they get in, their true colors are revealed.
Position size is like a demon-revealing mirror; no matter how much someone brags, it's useless.
That's so true. I'm the kind of loser who starts to panic just after buying some spot assets.
Watching the market the whole time really keeps a good mindset; anyway, no money lost, haha.
That's why some people can sleep soundly, while others stare at the screen until dawn.

The pain point hit home; heavy holdings are a living hell.

The logic is simple but solid: having no position is just great, lying back and watching the show with an unbeatable mindset.

That's right, going all-in is the true test of mentality; light-position players simply can't experience that feeling.

Really, having no position and having a position are two different lives.

I'm currently an outsider with no position, watching the show is the most comfortable.

Ha, that really hits close to home. When I was fully invested and caught in a downturn, I was truly restless.

That's so true, that's human nature. Without a position, you're a philosopher; once you get in, you immediately become a gambler.
