When looking at DeFi yield products, many people's first concern is how high the APY number is, but what truly determines the outcome is not the annualized return rate, but how the risk is designed, monitored, and how to fully withdraw when problems occur.

USDT on-chain yield vault products look very attractive, but risk management is the core. Those who have fallen into too many pits have seen the same套路——high yield promises eventually turn into locked funds, inability to withdraw, or even total loss of capital. This is not a problem with DeFi itself, but a lack of understanding of risk mechanisms.

When choosing such products, it is necessary to think in reverse: how are funds protected under extreme market conditions? Is the liquidation mechanism designed sufficiently well? Is liquidity truly adequate? These questions are much more important than just looking at the APY number.

You're absolutely right. At first, I was also fooled by those exaggerated APYs and got dizzy. After falling into a few traps, I realized... It seems that the most profitable-looking products are often the most dangerous.

You're absolutely right. High APY is just a gimmick. I've seen many projects promise 20% initial returns, only to run away with nothing when it's time to exit.

To be honest, high APY is like a sugar-coated shell—addictive once you try it. But if you haven't understood the liquidation mechanism, don't touch it. I've seen too many people get their coins locked, a blood and tears story. When it comes to liquidity, you need to dig into the data yourself—don't just rely on promises.

Honestly, I stopped believing in projects that boast high APY long ago; they all get stuck at the withdrawal stage.

I've seen too many collapses; high APY is just a gimmick. The key is whether the liquidation mechanism can truly save your life.
