⚠️ Recognize common scams impersonating official customer service
Recently, these types of fraud have been occurring frequently: scammers claim to be platform customer service, falsely alleging account anomalies or risks, and threaten to freeze or restrict fund withdrawals. They then send seemingly official links to lure users into clicking for "identity verification."
This is a classic phishing scam. Once you enter your account information or click on malicious links, your assets will be directly stolen.
🛡️ How to identify and prevent: ✓ Official platforms will never proactively send links requesting identity verification ✓ Genuine customer service will not threaten to freeze funds ✓ Suspicious links often have domains similar to official websites but are not exactly the same ✓ Access the official app or website directly to handle account issues, and avoid third-party links
Protect your private keys and login credentials; they are the first line of defense for your crypto assets. When in doubt, verify through official channels, and never rush to click on unfamiliar links.

Basically, it's a trust cost issue. If the platform doesn't perform well, users will have to cover the gap themselves. The game theory always tends to develop in the worst direction.

Here we go again? Someone always falls for it every time. The domain name differs by just one letter, and I can't even tell the difference. Luckily, I always go directly to the official website and don't bother clicking on those shady links.

Coming back with this again? I've seen it before. Those fake customer service links are easily spotted, and a domain name that's off by just one letter is truly a dead giveaway.

Here we go again with this set? Being bombarded every day with these phishing links, it's really annoying.

Hey guys, the domain name gives it away once you compare, don’t be greedy for speed.
---
Once you click the wrong private key, it’s really game over, be cautious, be cautious.
---
Customer service proactively threatening to freeze funds? Just block them directly.
---
The link looks very similar but just isn’t right, these small details are the easiest to overlook.
---
Do I have to be reminded every time? How are there still people falling into this trap?
---
Verifying through official channels is really essential, just a few more clicks with your mouse.
