It's time we rethink developer spending in this space. Paying premium rates for mediocre talent just doesn't make sense anymore. The Web3 ecosystem needs to be more ruthless about filtering actual value from empty hype.

It should have been done this way a long time ago. The Web3 space is too murky, and it's really outrageous that a bunch of slackers are taking high salaries just to coast along.

To be honest, this talent bubble needs to burst, or the entire ecosystem will be dragged down.

Alright, finally someone dares to say it. The market should be a bit more ruthless.

The difference between a naturally talented genius and a wasteful product of burning money to raise them is just so huge.

To be honest, it should have been like this a long time ago. The market is too money-burning, and a bunch of noobs still want premium prices. LOL

To be honest, there are still projects spending a lot of money to keep useless people... truly unbelievable.

Basically, it's about doing the math properly. It's really outrageous that a bunch of counterfeit developers are getting high salaries.

The era of price wars with money-losing discounts is truly over. Teams still burning through sky-high prices to please rookies will eventually face decline.
