Newcomers focus on winning chances; the more they win, the more confident they become to continue. But once you reach a certain level, you'll discover a secret — winning rate isn't actually that important.

Experienced players have long understood: instead of frequently making moves, it's better to wait for those few opportunities. Small consecutive losses are not scary; what's scary is not heavily investing at critical moments. A single large profit can wipe out the previous ten losses.

It's simply this — you never need to win every time. You just need to bet enough chips correctly at those high-odds critical points. This is the dividing line between a novice and an expert.

You're right, really. It's only with this logic that I’ve understood completely—earning small, earning medium, and then losing it all back... It's impossible to be right every time. The key is whether you can hold back and go all in when a real opportunity comes.

You're right, but I'm just worried you might not have the mental resilience to wait until the critical moment.

That's right, but the real bottleneck is whether you can recognize that "critical position," which is the true dividing line.

That's right, I've realized this a long time ago. Win rate doesn't really matter; the key is to catch one or two big market moves. Going all-in on those is the real strategy.
